Recently, we received a call from a homeowner who was experiencing significant discomfort due to their existing HVAC system in North Hills.

Upon arriving at the home, our team conducted a thorough inspection of the current system. We quickly identified that the existing heat pump was outdated and inefficient. The Condenser Heat Pump had been struggling to meet the demands of the household, leading to uneven cooling throughout various rooms.
Additionally, upon inspecting insulation around the ducts, we found gaps where conditioned air was escaping into unconditioned spacesāfurther diminishing efficiency. After discussing these findings with the homeowner, it became evident that an upgrade was essential for restoring comfort and improving energy efficiency.
We recommended installing a new Daikin AMST Air Handler alongside a replacement Daikin DH5SE Condenser Heat Pump. This combination would optimize performance while ensuring consistent temperature control throughout their living space.
