Asure Extended Labor Warranty

We partnered with Asure Extended Service Plan to provide added peace of mind for eligible Daikin systems. This agreement provides a six (6) year extended labor warranty from the date of installation, covered by Asure.

We will provide labor to repair or replace any failed Daikin-brand parts or other manufacturer-approved parts installed by the Contractor that have failed under normal use due to defects in materials or artistry.

Why is an extended warranty important?

  • Asure helps protect homeowners from unexpected repair labor costs and adds peace of mind after installation.
  • Coverage is designed to complement the manufacturer’s standard warranty and provide ongoing support through an authorized contractor network.

Eligible Equipment

  • Daikin Fit – DH6 / DH7 / DH9 & DFV
  • Daikin Split H/P – DH4 / DH5 & AMST
  • Daikin Package H/P – DP3H / DP5H
  • Daikin Mini Split Ductless – ENTRA (RXC & FTXC) / OTERRA (RXF & FTXF)
  • Daikin Mini Split Concealed Duct – AURORA (RXP & FDMA)

Notes:

This extended labor warranty remains valid only while the Client is actively enrolled in the our maintenance agreement, which includes biannual maintenance performed by Lions.

Single-Family Homes Only – Owner-Occupied, No Tenants
Labor coverage is exclusively limited to the indoor and outdoor units (model and serial numbers) installed and registered under this contract by Lions.
Coverage for failed Daikin brand parts and manufacturer-approved replacement parts installed by Lions
Labor coverage applies only to registered indoor and outdoor units under this contract
This labor warranty remains valid only while the Client is actively enrolled in the Lions maintenance agreement
The labor warranty is non-renewable and cannot be extended beyond six (6) years from the original installation date
This warranty is transferable to a subsequent homeowner if the property is sold, subject to a $125 transfer fee

Exclusions

This agreement does not cover any product(s), parts, conditions, or items that:

  • Have been altered, misused, or abused
  • Have suffered damage from accidents, excessive voltage, acts of nature, rodents, or corrosion
  • Were installed or serviced by vendors other than the Contractor
  • Are non-Daikin heat pump equipment
  • Have cosmetic changes that do not affect performance
  • Are circuit breakers, electric lines, ducts, or vents external to the product

This agreement does not include any labor or services related to system modifications, layout changes, relocation, reinstallation, or upgrades of existing equipment.

Important Notice

During any construction activity, the HVAC system must be temporarily powered down or properly protected to prevent potential damage.
