Lions Heating & Air was recently called to a Santa Clarita, CA, home to install a new furnace, coil, and condenser. The client had been having issues with their old system and had been told by their previous contractor that replacing the entire system would be more cost-effective. After getting a second opinion from Lion’s HVAC, the client decided to go ahead with our recommendation just to replace the furnace and coil.
The old system was not properly sized for the home, so the home was not being heated evenly. The client was also not happy with the high energy bills they were receiving. Our technicians went out to the home and assessed the situation. We recommended that the client replace their old furnace with a new, more efficient model. We also recommended that they replace their old coil with a new one that would be better sized for their home.
Our technicians worked quickly and efficiently to install the new furnace and coil. They faced some challenges with the installation, but they overcame them and got the job done right. The client is now enjoying a more efficient heating system that is better sized for their home. They are also happy with the much lower energy bills they could get.
